Any Mobile service request with a travel time within our primary service area will be based on travel time to the job location. Any Mobile service request with a travel time beyond the 30 minute primary service area is considered outside of our primary service area, and the roundtrip travel time to and from the job location will factor into the final price. regardless of whether the Service Provider actually returns to the Office at that time. We will not travel more than 15 additional minutes outside of our primary service area (45 minutes from our Office).
Mobile Service is Zone-based. The travel time is obtained from Google Maps or Wave, and the Client's travel time begins at the Zone for the amount of time identified in Google Maps or Wave. The charge will begin with the first minute of travel time. The calculation of the roundtrip travel time will begin and end at our Office address, regardless of whether the Service Provider actually returns to the Office at that time. Our fees process: Unlike many firms we do not charge by the form or by the hour for tax preparation services but rather the time it will take to prepare the return and the complexity of the return. However, other services we provide may be charged by the hour. We provide upfront pricing for all services that are not identified as being charged by the hour which means you will know and agree to our fee for the tax preparation services prior to any work beginning or any commitments made. If it is determined that we need to provide Bookkeeping services to complete your return, you will be informed of the hourly rate to performs those services prior to that process beginning. Once we have all or at least all material information required to prepare the return or project, we will determine our fee based on your unique needs. Our fees are determined by the time it will take us to prepare, review and finalize the return or project based on the complexity of the project. At least fifty percent (50%) of the fee will be required prior to beginning any work and the balance must be paid prior to reviewing the completed return. Audit Support is not included in our pricing.
Note: Preparation fees for Tax Returns do not include bookkeeping services. An additional charge will apply for reviewing & reconciling client maintained Quickbooks, reviewing bank statements, and sorting documents & receipts in order to prepare the Income Statement & Balance Sheet for tax preparation purposes. The $45 per hour fee will be stated separately, and will ONLY be applied if Income Statement & Balance Sheet is required to complete an accurate tax return for the business. The rate for the bookkeeping services will be a factor in the final price.
EMERGENCIES: Once servicing begins, if there is an emergency or situation, outside of our control, or an extreme weather event that prevents us from completing the request, we will reach out to the Client to inform of when the request will be completed.
Pricing for Document Management and Document Review/Analyze is dependent on multiple factors: size of packet/booklet/document, type of project, how much research is required, etc).
