When I was in my 20's, I obtained a loan from a bank.  I thought the terms that were discussed were the terms that were on the documents.  Upon reviewing the documents later, I realized that the terms on the documents were not the terms we actually discussed.  Does this sound familiar?                       

Let a Personal Credit Companion accompany you to your loan signing appointments to ensure that you not only understand the terms of your potential loan but that the documents you sign reflect those terms.                                                 

Rates include commute time 

  • $50 first hour plus add-ons ...   0-15 minutes  
  • $60 first hour plus add-ons ... 15-30 minutes 
  • $90 first hour plus add-ons ... 30-45 minutes
  • $110 first hour plus add-ons ... 45-60 minutes         

Add-ons:

$50 full hour or $25 1/2 hour

Our primary service area is within a 30 minute commute time from
the Office address to the service location.  The rates are zone-based (commute time from the Office address to the job location is built-in). 
Any service request with a commute time beyond the primary service
area is considered outside of our primary service area, and the roundtrip commute time to and from the job location will be built into the price.  
The calculation of the roundtrip commute time will begin and end at our Office address.  Commute time will be determined by Google Maps or Wave. 

The base price for Loan Signing Companion Services are $50 per hour.  Commute time is built into the Zone pricing. 

    $50 first hour plus any add-ons ..... 0-15 minutes out
    $60 first hour plus any add-ons ....15-30 minutes out
    $90 first hour plus any add-ons .... 30-45 minutes out
    $110 first hour plus any add-ons ... 45-60 minutes out  

Add-on Fee: $50 for each additional hour.  $25  1/2 hour (up to 30 minutes of additional service time past the full hour). Any add-on fees will factor into the final price.

  Example 1: The Client booked Loan Signing Companion Service that is 20 minutes from our Office. The service was1 hour and 20 minutes long.  The Client would be charged $85 ($60 for zone price (one hour and commute time) and $25 for up to 30 minutes after the first hour for add-ons) plus
any charges for purchases. 

Example 2: The Client booked Loan Signing Companion Service that is 40 minutes from our Office, which is outside of the primary service area. The service was 2 hours long.  The Client would be charged $140 ($90 for zone price (one hour and commute time) and $50 for one hour for add-ons) plus
any charges for purchases.

SPECIFIC TASK(S) UNABLE TO BE PERFORMED: If a task on a service request cannot be performed for any reason, including but not limited
to, closures, we will reach out to the Client, either through a phone call or text, within 5 minutes of arriving at the location for further instructions.
If we are unable to get in contact with the Client within 15 minutes, the service request will be noted with the reason for the task not being completed and the service time incurred, including the 15 minute wait time will be a factor in the final price. 

EMERGENCIES: Once servicing begins, if there is an emergency or situation, outside of our control, or an extreme weather event that
prevents us from completing the service request, we will reach out to the Client to inform and collaborate on when the servicing may
be completed. 

 The service request will be noted "Emergency OR Extreme Weather
Event" as the reason why each remaining tasks was unable to be completed.  The service request is then determined to be completed,
with exception, for that day after any items in the Service Providers possession that need to be given to the Client has been given to
them.  The time incurred performing tasks on the service request will be
included in the final price. 

In both of the above instances, a new service request would be
required to perform the uncompleted tasks on a service request, and
the Client will be billed in accordance with the Service Zone(s) applicable
to complete the task when applicable.  

WEATHER: Inclement weather (BELOW 32 degrees F, rain, snow, high
winds, other precipitation, or OVER 95 degrees F, etc) - $5 each hour,
$50 max per sitter.  PLEASE NTE: REAL FEEL temp using ACCUWEATHER
is used i.e. if actual temperature is XX degrees, but wind, sun or humidity makes it FEEL more or less, then the inclement weather fee applies.  NO EXCEPTIONS ....

FEES AND PURCHASES REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT FOR SERVICE/TRAVEL TIME + MERCHANDISE AMOUNT IN FULL.  Purchases made on clients behalf must be paid by client before services are provided. 
There will be NO REFUNDS as a result of product availability, store/event closure, police activity, unruly crowd control or other unforeseen circumstances outside of OUR CONTROL.

ADDITIONAL FEES: 

ADD ONs: $ 10 Evenings / Fragile Handling charge 

PRIORITY/RUSH: $20 fee service required in less than 3 hours 

HOLIDAYS: $35 fee for service on a holiday

OVERNIGHT PREMIUM: $15 charge from 12 MIDNIGHT TO 7AM

1.5x HOLIDAY RATE FOR THE FOLLOWING HOLIDAYS - NEW YEAR’S EVE, NEW YEARS DAY, MLK DAY, VALENTINE’S DAY, PRESIDENT’S DAY, GOOD FRIDAY **THRU** EASTER SUNDAY, MOTHER'S DAY, MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, JUNETEENTH WEEKEND, FATHERS DAY, JULY 4th WEEKEND, LABOR DAY WEEKEND*,  COLUMBUS DAY, ELECTION DAY, VETERANS DAY, THANKSGIVING WEEKEND (THURSDAY -SUNDAY), CHRISTMAS EVE & CHRISTMAS. **WEEKENDS ARE CONSIDERED FRIDAY-MONDAY, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.

1.25x RECESS RATE FOR  CHRISTMAS, MID-WINTER AND SPRING RECESS - BASED ON NYC PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM CLOSINGS CALENDAR ( APPLIES ONLY TO CHILD-CENTRIC REQUESTS,  IE BLACK TAP, TEEN FOCUSED POP-UP SHOPS, MUSICAL ACTS W/ PRIMARY 18 & UNDER FAN BASES, ETC. (AT COMPANY DISCRETION) 




CANCELLATION: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of services scheduled more than 24 hours prior to the cancellation request.  A 2-hour notice is required for cancellation of services scheduled same day (Non-Rush Service).  A 30-minute notice is required for cancellation of priority/rush services.  If a request for cancellation is received outside of these timelines, a $35 Cancellation fee WILL BE CHARGED.
