                  Our primary service area is within a 30 minute commute time from the Office address to the service location. The Service Rates are Zone-based, and the Zones are based on service and travel time from the initial location to the final location.  
                                                                    
                  The Service Zones for Mobile Copying & Printing; Family & Bereavement Support; and Shop, Drop, Pick-up & Deliver Services are $25 for Zone 1 0-20 minutes, $35 for Zone 2 20-40 minutes and $45 for Zone 3 40-60 minutes, and are performed in a sedan type vehicle. The Service Zones for Pick-up & Delivery services are $75 for Zone 1 0-20 minutes, $85 for Zone 2 20-40 minutes and $95 for Zone 3 40-60 minutes, and are performed in a pick-up truck.  If it is determined that a pick-up truck is required to complete a service request for Pick-up/Drop-Off or Shop & Deliver, a $50 truck usage fee will be factored into the final cost.

                  The total time it takes to complete the task(s) and the travel time incurred while traveling to each location to perform the task(s) as well as the type of vehicle required for the task (sedan or pick-up truck) determine the final price, unless any part of the service request is beyond the 30-minute commute time from our Office.  If any part of the service request is beyond the 30-minute commute time from our Office, the rate billed for the services will be based on the accumulation of the Service Zones, beginning and ending at our Office address, regardless of whether the Service Provider actually returns to the Office at that time.

                  Each Client's Service Zone begins at the Zone 1, and as the service time allotted is surpassed, the Client is moved to the next Service Zone, beginning at the first minute after the previous zone's allotted service time was surpassed.  This process will occur each time the allotted service time for a zone is surpassed, until the allotted service time in Zone 3, is surpassed. If the service time goes beyond the allotted time for Zone 3 for Mobile Copying & Printing; Family & Bereavement Support; and Shop, Drop, Pick-up & Delivery services, the Client is moved through the service zones again. The accumulative totals will then be added together to arrive at the Client's total charge. 

                  If a service request encompasses services from 2 different service type zones, such as Shop & Deliver & Pick-up & Deliver, whereas the pick-up truck is required, the truck will be used for the full servicing but will only be billed for the Pick-up & Delivery Zone left off as from the Shop & Deliver Zone until that task has been completed.  For instance, Shop & Deliver was in Zone 2 when Pick-up & Delivery service began, the Zone 2 rate for Pick-up & Delivery would now apply until the Zone time is completed.  When the allotted service time in Zone 2 is surpassed, the Client is moved to the next Service Zone, beginning at the first minute after the previous zone's allotted service time was surpassed.  If the service time goes beyond the allotted time for Zone 3, the Client is moved through the service zones again 

                  Example 1: Pick-up/Drop-Off and/or Shop & Deliver service request is completed in 30 minutes. The Client would be charged $35 Zone 2.  Example 2: Pick-up/Drop-Off and/or Shop & Deliver service request is completed in 1 hour and 40 minutes. The Client will pay $80 ($45 for Zone 3 60-minute service time and $35 for Zone 2 40-minute service time).  Example 3: Pick-up/Drop-Off and/or Shop & Deliver service request is completed in 2 hours and 15 minutes.  The Client will pay $115 ($90 for 2 Zone 3 60 minute (120 minutes) service times and $25 for a Zone 2 15 minute service time). Example 4:  If for any of the above examples, it is  determined that a pick-up truck will be required to transport items, a $50 fee will be factored into the final cost.  For example, if it is determined that Example 2 or 3 is required to use a pick-up truck, the total charge to  Client is $ 130 ($80 plus $50) for example 2 and $165 ($115 plus $50) for example 3.      

                  *Please provide lists, items and/or instructions for Pick-up/Drop-off, Pick-up & Delivery within 15-minutes of arrival.  If the items have not begun to be provided within the 15-minute timeframe, the service time will begin. 


                  * Loaders are required for heavy and tall items (cases of water is not included in this scenario).  If we have to lift heavy items and/or load/unload a partially or completely filled truck bed, there will be a $35 per hour charge applied.  

                  SPECIFIC TASK(S) UNABLE TO BE PERFORMED: If a task on a service request cannot be performed for any reason, including but not limited to, no-one is available for the task to be performed at the pick-up, drop-off or delivery locations due to closures, we will reach out to the Client, either through a phone call or text, within 5 minutes of arriving at the location for further instructions. If we are unable to get in contact with the Client within 15 minutes, the service request will be noted with the reason for the task not being completed and the service time incurred, including the 15 minute wait time will be a factor in the final price. 

                  EMERGENCIES: Once servicing begins, if there is an emergency or situation, outside of our control, or an extreme weather event that prevents us from completing the service request, we will reach out to the Client to inform and collaborate on when the servicing may be completed.  The service request will be noted "Emergency OR Extreme Weather Event" as the reason why each remaining tasks was unable to be completed.  The service request is then determined to be completed, with exception, for that day after any items in the Service Providers possession that need to be given to the Client has been given to them. The time incurred performing tasks on the service request will be included in the final price. 

                  In both of the above instances, a new service request would be required to perform the uncompleted tasks on a service request, and the Client will be billed in accordance with the Service Zone(s) applicable to complete the task when applicable.  

                  *Note: Items including, but not limited to, food, documents, packages, boxes, parts, tools, furniture, clothes, appliances, electronics and plumbing, electrical and construction supplies will either be purchased OR picked up from and/or delivered to homes, storages, businesses, post offices and mail centers, UPS and Fed Ex locations,  Facebook Marketplace pickup locations, stores (including Restore, Goodwill & Consignment Shops, grocery clothing, home improvement, electronic and supply, pet and drug) and wholesale warehouses, etc.  
                  Prices do not include the cost of items purchased.  

                  WEATHER: Inclement weather (BELOW 32 degrees F, rain, snow, high winds, other precipitation, or OVER 95 degrees F, etc) - $5 each hour, $50 max per sitter.  PLEASE NTE: REAL FEEL temp using ACCUWEATHER is used i.e. if actual temperature is XX degrees, but wind, sun or humidity makes it FEEL more or less, then the inclement weather fee applies.  NO EXCEPTIONS

                  FEES AND PURCHASES REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT FOR SERVICE/TRAVEL TIME + MERCHANDISE AMOUNT IN FULL.  Purchases made on clients behalf must be paid by client before services are provided. 
                  There will be NO REFUNDS as a result of product availability, store/event closure, police activity, unruly crowd control or other unforeseen circumstances outside of OUR CONTROL.

                  PRIORITY/RUSH: $20 fee service required in less than 3 hours 

                  HOLIDAYS: $35 fee for service on a holiday .........................................................................................................

                  CANCELLATION: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of services scheduled more than 24 hours prior to the cancellation request.  A 2-hour notice is required for cancellation of services scheduled same day (Non-Rush Service).  A 30-minute notice is required for cancellation of urgent/rush  services.  If a request for cancellation is received outside of these timelines, a $35 Cancellation fee WILL BE CHARGED.
