$35 Out of Radius Fees for up to 20 miles

$25 Wait-time fee charged after 15 full minutes of waiting for all services

*Note: Items including, but not limited to, documents, packages, boxes, parts, tools, furniture, clothes, appliances, electronics and plumbing, electrical and construction supplies will either be purchased OR picked up from and delivered to homes, storages, businesses, stores, home improvement and wholesale locations, post offices and mail centers, and UPS and Fed Ex locations, etc. Prices do not include the cost of items purchased.

The rates for Shop, Drop, Pick-up & Deliver services are based on time spent traveling and performing the tasks. The services are provided within a 30 mile radius from the Office, and are tier-based pursuant to mileage radiuses (1-10, 11-20 and 21-30). An additional fee of $35 will apply for any and all servicing provided outside of the 30 mile radius area, up to a 20 additional mile radius. The Shop and Pick-up/Drop-off services may be performed in a standard sized vehicle. If a pick-up truck is needed to perform any task, the Pick-up & Deliver rates will apply.

If service is attempted and there is no-one available for the service to be performed at the pick-up, drop-off, shop or delivery locations, we will reach out to the client within the 15 minute wait time, either through a phone call or text, for further instructions before leaving. If a task cannot be performed, it will be marked as incomplete stating the reason it was not completed, and the designated fee for that service option will be charged.

*A $25 wait charge, will be applied if the wait time surpasses a full 15 minute timeframe for pick-ups, drop-offs, deliveries after arrival, or a full 15 minute timeframe upon notifying store attendants or personnel at the businesses that assistance is needed. There will be an additional $25 wait charge added on the first minute after each 60 minutes of wait time thereafter. This means that the client must present the items that are being picked up and be ready to receive the items that are being dropped off/delivered within 15 minutes of arrival. This also means, if we are waiting to be assisted by a store attendant or personnel at businesses, and the wait time surpasses 15 minutes, the $25 wait charge will be applied. Once the wait charge has been applied, any and all additional wait times encountered that day will be cumulative to determine the full wait time. The total wait time will be calculated to determine the charge.

For example 1, if the wait times are as follows: 25 minute for pick-up, 20 minutes to be assisted by a store clerk, and 25 minutes for the loading assistance, the cumulative wait time after the initial 15 minutes would be 55 minutes incurring only one $25 wait time charge. For example 2, if the wait times are as follows: 25 minute for pick-up, 40 minutes to be assisted by a store clerk, and 25 minutes for the loading assistance the cumulative total of wait time after the initial 15 minutes would be 75 minutes, thereby incurring two $25 wait charge fees.
