Appointment Sitter (2 hour minimum)

$35/Hour *(Permits, Permit Inspections, Home Inspections, Home Servicing, Deliveries and Stand-in-Line Service)

Clean Out Service (2 hour minimum)

$35/Hour *Home, Office and Estate Cleanout & Declutter

House Sitter (2 hour minimum)

$35/Hour *House Sit (Includes Mail Retrieval & Plant Watering). No Pet services,

$240/Day *(50% to be paid upfront)

Pickup, Shop & Deliver

If quote includes Pickup and Shop services, the Shop & Deliver price will apply. If a pickup truck is required for the service to be performed, an additional $50 will be added to the pricing.

*Note: Items including, but not limited to, documents, packages, boxes, parts, plumbing, tools, furniture, appliances, and electrical and construction supplies can be purchased OR picked up from and delivered to homes, storages, businesses, stores, post offices and mail centers, and UPS and Fed Ex locations.
Prices do not include the cost of items purchased.
*Pickup, Shop & Delivery servicing is provided within a 45 mile radius from the initial location that the customer was met at or the pickup/shop location. Additional fees apply for servicing provided outside of the 45 mile radius. *Loader & Unloader required for heavy and large items. No Tall Items.
